The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Melbourne, close to everything you might want. The rooms, although quite spacious with smart decor, could use some renovations to match the website photos. The staff was a mix - some extremely helpful and accommodating, but others were rude and overcharged me, tarnishing the overall experience. The lack of waiting area during check-in was a downside, but the convenience of the free tram network outside was a major plus.
The hotel is centrally located, perfect for transport options and within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. The rooms offer a mix of single and double beds, and a pull-out sofa, making it suitable for short or long stays. However, the musty smell and dirty windows were a downside that needed attention.
The hotel's location is great and easy to reach everywhere. The rooms were tidy and clean but very dated and cramped for a group of 3 or 4 people. The service was a mix of being barely acknowledged initially but turning helpful and pleasant as we interacted more with the staff. The location is the standout feature of this place, offering easy access to transportation and CBD activities. The dining options were limited, mainly relying on nearby cafes for meals. The facilities lacked some essential elements like enough powerpoints, but the place had all necessary amenities except drinking water.
